  • This was such an empowering and transformative experience for me!   • Over the past 4 years, I have gained 30lbs. I’ve tried so many approaches: paleo, high protein with high calories, intense workouts. I actually always gained weight m. I was feeling frustrated and received very little support for my doctor. I just wanted my clothes to fit and feel healthy in my body. I somehow followed Sofe on Instagram. She is so darling and positive. I felt a certain connection to her so I signed up for the pilot group. What an incredible experience. Sofe made it approachable and I lost some weight! It’s not easy but it’s simple. Sofe makes herself available to her clients with simple, positive, approachable advice. I’m down 6lbs in 7 weeks. In the past I would feel like I should be down more BUT I’m down 6lbs. I’ve gone on vacation, a few dinners out with friends, my menstrual cycle, etc. It’s slow but consistent and livable.   • Sofe is amazing! I can't say enough about how helpful working with her has been in my journey. I am active, but with a somewhat stressful desk job, I have gained about 30 pounds over the last four years. I kept thinking, I need to work out more and that will help, but it only left me exhausted and dreading workouts. Sofe made calorie counting approachable, and helped me think about foods that are super caloric and not filling/satisfying. I've lost 13lbs since I started tracking calories and eating at a deficit. But truly, the best part of working with Sofe is her encouragement and attitude. She excels at encouraging a positive mindset. I love how she says ""THAT'S OKAY!"" It's not always going to be perfect and that is the vibe I needed from a coach.

    Also, I eat vegan and while Sofe isn't vegan, it didn't impact working with her at all. All eaters welcome! Working with Sofe is worth every penny.   • Sofe makes weight loss fun! She not only is an example of what’s possible, but her infectious spirit and steadfast support make the journey a positive experience. The CICO method she teaches is a great eye-opener. You first learn how the xtra fat landed on your body. Next, you create a plan where you can still enjoy all of your favorite foods and beverages while seeing the pounds melt away. There are no good/bad choices or food rules to adhere to. The program works!
